Discover Oaxaca Through Momoca’s Creative Retreat!
Oaxaca is a place deeply close to my heart. A place where vibrant energy and a profound sense of calm exist in perfect harmony. Its vibrant colors, captivating aromas, and lively people weave a rich, ever moving tapestry, reflecting the rhythm where tradition and creativity intertwine. Indigenous culture thrives, artisan crafts flourish, and women wear intricately woven textiles dresses. The streets are alive with celebrations, from intimate rituals to exuberant wedding parades.
Since 2016, this land has been a wellspring of inspiration, leading me to craft delicate paper flowers and intricate paper objects, each piece imbued with the essence of Oaxaca’s artistry.
Having visited many times, I’ve wandered not only through the city’s storied streets but also into the surrounding rural villages, where ancient techniques and hidden treasures continue to unfold.
This retreat offers you the opportunity to experience Oaxaca through my lens—connecting with its people, culture, and creativity in a way that sparks inspiration and transformation.
I invite those of you drawn to Oaxaca’s energy and spirit to join me on a journey that promises to uplift, enlighten, and ignite your own creativity.
